I also had the pleasure of hanging out with Ryan Dyar recently. I have to say its been a long time since I met someone just so incredibly down to earth & considerate with an equally incredible portfolio. It was a humbling experience. I lost my phone to water and not only did he give me his old phone, he asked me to keep it. It just doesn’t end there. The list goes on and on and on. Thanks for being so AMAZING, my friend! Huge respect.
