Every year after snow melting the so called “green lake” (Grüner See) appears for a few weeks. The water comes clear like spring water from the bottom and floods the alpine meadows, hiking trails and rest benches there in this natural hollow.
The depth depends on the winter weather circumstances and is normally between 8 and 10m (25ft to 33ft). In this time scuba diving over green meadows is possible.
I used two underwater flashlights. One for the divers face and one for the foreground to illuminate where the lamp should lighten the fern.
