Of the many shots that were taken of Yosemite on a 2012 visit, this is one of my favorites. It doesn’t have the typical postcard Yosemite look, but it is also very Yosemite.
Had about 15 shots of this composition. The pose and position of the two climbers worked best with this shot, along with the water and lighting. the climbers really make this image work, as they give an excellent sense of scale on how grand the falls are.
