A night under the stars at The Pinnacles Desert in Nambung National Park, about 2 hours north of Perth, Western Australia. The Pinnacles Desert contains thousands of limestone spires which have formed over many thousands of years from the sand, shells and other materials blown inland from the nearby coast. The Pinnacles is a popular place to visit by day. By night it becomes almost moon-like and is a great venue for night sky photography.
