If you’ve ever been to an outlet mall, you know there are some super cheap finds. Once, I found a pair of purple capri pants for a buck. “But don’t these make me look like The Hulk?” I asked my friend. “Well, they’re only a dollar, so you have to buy them,” she insisted.
