Chaukhi massive is one of the ridges of the Central Caucasus, which is located in historical Khevi. It is built of Lower Jurassic clayey-shale and sand-pebbles. It has rocky nude steep slopes. On its northern slope there is a 1,3 kilometer length glacier. There are following peaks on the ridge: Chaukhi of the North, that is Asatiani (3842,5 m), Chaukhi of the East (3644 m), Chaukhi of the West (3496 m) etc.
