Los Hervideros is a volcanic coast landscape in Lanzarote. It was formed when the lava solidified quickly when it got in touch with the Atlantic ocean, combined with centuries of waves which have eroded ebony lava into fantastically shaped arches and underwater caves, the sea seething, hissing and bubbling away just like a cauldron. It’s just amazing to watch the ocean waves coming into the caves and crashing against the rocks with power.
