The place to which like to focus guides: the deity prisoner tree roots. Trees that grow among the ruins and entwine them give the special atmosphere of Ta Prohm and make it more memorable than any other attraction of Angkor. There are two varieties of these trees: bolshoe- is a silk-cotton tree (Ceiba pentandra) characterized by thick, light-brown roots with nodular structure, less – is a fig tree-Strangler (Ficus gibbosa), with a large number of thin, smooth and gray roots. A tree grows out of cracks in the brickwork of the building, where, perhaps, the bird left the seed and the roots grow down to the ground. The roots work their way between the masonry, and becoming thicker, it becomes a frame of a building, but when the tree dies or falls thunder, building collapses with it. Thus the trees still bring destruction.
