Early bluebonnets bloom in Texas. The wildflower season usually lasts from mid-March to May. This year has been a mixture – very dry and warm winter, then some good rains, which made several regions bloom much earlier. Having spent hours on the road in Hill Country looking for the best locations and flowers, I would call it more of a “paintbrush” season. Needless to say I’m in love with all kinds of wildflowers đŸ™‚ So here is a recent shot from this trip. Thank you for viewing!
