Red pagoda in Kiyomizudera – Kyoto by PAkDocK by PAkDocK

Kiyomizu-dera means the temple of pure water and it was founded in 778.

There is not a single nail used in the entire structure. It takes its name from the waterfall within the complex, which runs off the nearby hills.

The pagodas take your view high, to the sky.
