Sitting down to dinner with my family in our favourite restaurant we saw a beautiful sunset approach. Casares is a wonderful little Town near Malaga and Gibraltar on the Southern Coast and has some excellent food there. If you ever get to visit the restaurant is called “Mi Cortijo” and serves an amazing Wild Boar Cassarole. The wind farms in the distance are part of a Spanish nationwide initiative to begin producing more energy from renewables which I think is an essential part of world development and actually find them strangely beautiful. In this edit I tried to pull out the contrast between the cold wind turbines and the warm city bathed in sunset light.
