What a sweeping sensation seeing the Northern Lights was. A flurry of emotion which I’ve never felt before came all at once and with such a passion that I was compelled to grab whoever was next to me and cry. It does that to you, yes.
A thing I came most to regret during my time in Iceland was the fact that I forgot to pack my tripod. I actually consider it one of my most inept moments in my life. Trying to get a long exposure of these marvelous light with frozen hands proved to be very difficult. http://flic.kr/p/hsXYY8
