Panoramic landscape on a sunset day of Mount Fitz Roy in El Chalten, Province of Santa Cruz. Located to the south of the Andes Mountains and extreme southwest of Patagonia Argentina. The name Fitz Roy means “steaming mountain” due to the formation of characteristic local clouds, thus giving an impression of volcano smoke. A place considered sacred by the indigenous peoples of the region.
