This self-designed upscale hotel was originally purchased in 2012, when it was only a run down 6 bedroom apartment covering an area of 600 square meters. It is located in the Art District of the colonial center of San Jose del Cabo, a luxurious resort city on the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja California peninsula.
