The Best of #StreetFood

We put out the call for you to join us in our celebration of all things food truck by sharing your photos of #streetfood. You responded with hundreds of images from around the world. Check out our favorites on our food blog, The Plate.

All of this talk of food has made us hungry. How about you? If you live in the Washington, D.C., area join us for lunch this Friday, July 10, from noon to 2 p.m. at the largest food truck festival in the city—Truckeroo. It’s at the Half Street Fairgrounds and is free to enter.

The Your Shot team will be there, as well as a team of Nat Geo staffers who have been working all year long on our food initiative. And they’re hungry to tell you all that they’ve learned.
