I took this shot at Bombo last year, 110 Km from Sydney.

The rock formation at Bombo are really dark, almost appear to be black during the night.

At the beginning we were trying to lighten the foreground up with headlight, but the result wasn’t acceptable as the reflection was too bright.

On a dark and dull winter day with loads of snowfall these two wonderful Japanese aka Red Crowned Cranes went through with their loud greeting ceremony as if it were the most normal thing in the world 🙂

In the last days we have been able to observe many giant waves such as this one in the north of Spain, in the Cantabric Sea. This beautiful wave was grabbed with a long exposure to emphasize its circular path due to a submerged cliff causing the wave front bending.
