One of those times where the weather was so foggy I really though this trip to Martin’s Beach was be a skunkfest. Much to my surprise as the sun got closer to the horizon there was one of the biggest and most magical COLOR BOMB sunsets I have ever seen… We (Kevin, Sushruth and Marc) we all freaking out, jumping up and down and screaming in amazement… Kind of made us forget that we had all been completely soaked by rogue waves earlier as we walked down the beach.

Second release from a recent winter backpacking trip to Mount Rainier. I’ve waited several years for conditions this good. Watching the snow begin to just GLOW that morning will be a visual memory which will stay with me for the rest of my life.
