With the use of an illuminated wireless keyboard and the great curvature created with a fisheye lens, I wanted to create an other-worldly sensation with this long exposure image, and this is also the reason I mirrored the image in half, as fisheye and symmetry are so well matched.
On a more sociological note, with the exponential leaps that technology is making, it seems like the everyone, everywhere is constantly in front of a keyboard, texting, searching, missing the point. The whole world is our gameboard, our REAL reality and not the virtual one. You just need to look up from the keyboard..
