Walking my pups through a new residential area and there was almost a 2 foot drop down from the soil to where a road was being added. There was an X on one of the Live Oak. I was really surprised there was that much soil. It seems you typically try to dig a hole and run into limestone.

Something I found in the deep deep forests . All alone brightened it up among moss and trees. Never seen it before and do not know the name. But i had to take a shot, Perhaps somebody know the name ?
