The picture was taken at the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, which is located in an elevation of around 6000ft (2000m) in the Sierra Nevada. For me a truly inspiring place, so quite and peaceful.

The lighthouse in Agate Bay, Two harbors, Minnesota. It was extremely windy and wavy. With my steady tripod I could not take long exposure shots. The sun was fierce, it took multiple luminosity masks to correct the over exposed photo.
