Sunrise at Kansas State Capitol by kspics by kspics

Early morning during sunrise at the State Capitol of Kansas in the city of Topeka. I loved the quietness of the hour before anyone had arrived for work. Such perfect weather with a slight warm summer breeze bringing in bright pink cloud tones to reflect the rising sun.

Part of my State Capitol series. It is my intent to bring attention to the beauty of these buildings and the sincere and good people who work in them.

Over the months before the upcoming election, I have been making stops by each State Capitol along the way as I travel for work across the US. I am totally fascinated by the history, architecture and amazing heritage behind every State house and so honored to meet the people and hear the stories of their experiences. It is truly an honor to visit each Capitol and to see the beautiful side of things instead of just all the negative we hear on the news!

I plan on launching my travel photo blog/ website that will have my stories, photos and interviews very soon.

Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park is located in East Java, Indonesia, to the east of Malang and to the southeast of Surabaya, the capital of East Java. It is the only conservation area in Indonesia that has a sand sea. the Tengger Sand Sea (Indonesian: Laut Pasir Tengger), across which is the caldera of an ancient volcano (Tengger) from which four new volcanic cones have emerged. This unique feature covers a total area of 5,250 hectares at an altitude of about 2,100 m. The massif also contains the highest mountain in Java, Mount Semeru (3,676 m), four lakes and 50 rivers.

The Tengger Sand Sea has been protected since 1919. The Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park was declared a national park in 1982.

Spirit of Altantsögts by Jkboy_Jatenipat by Jkboy_Jatenipat

I had been on a journey to the border between Kazakstan and Mongolia, among the Altai’s mountain, heading to the local Kazakhs Muslim community in search of a certainer person.

The honorable “Burgedchins” in Kazakhs word.

“Burgedchin” or “Eagle Hunters” are pride hunters who inherit their hunts with their Golden eagle for more than 250 years. Trained to hunt since 10 years old in a harsh extreme environment with their eagles on a horse back.

At -40 Celsius degree, only strong survives. This became the bond between hunters and his predators. With Kazakhs superb hunting skills experience altogether with an expert natural predator, the friendship is born.

Present day, there are still 250 hunters exist in a whole country. City and modern civilization is now approaching. Technology attract teenagers and grown-up starts to go outside and find a better job.

But as long as there are people who respect and proud in their way of life, the screaming of the Golden eagles will still remain in the great Altai.

Altantsögts, Bayan-Olgiy, Mongolia.
