Milky Way and other things by RamelliSerge by RamelliSerge

The other day I was shooting the milkyway and was waiting for it in the middle of the Joshua Park tree. I was taking a series of photo to test my settings and then all of sudden I see on my photos three weird but beautiful shapes in the sky. I did not see it with my eyes but just in the camera. Here is the photo almost not retouched. I have no idea what this is. It could be some light effet from weather or electricity or it could be E.T. coming back home. Does anybody have an idea what this could be ? please share

At the end of the day we have nothing but our memory of something extraordinary…at least we have something.

The Marmore falls is a waterfall flow controlled, among the highest in Europe, relying on a gradient of 165 m, divided into three jumps. It is about 7.5 km away from Terni, in Umbria, near the end of the Valnerina, the long Valley carved out by the river Nera. The name comes from calcium carbonate salts present on the rocks that are similar to white marble.
The waters of the waterfall are exploited intensively to produce electricity. This causes the actual waterfall is not continuously working, but most of the time is reduced to the size of a stream. The basin of Piediluco Lake serves as a reservoir for the power plant, built in 1929, able to produce electricity with a power of about 530 MW.
To adjust the operation of the plant and to allow vision at all, at different times and periods defined, the waterfall is operated at full capacity: beep signals the opening of the floodgates of adjustment, and within minutes the flow rate increases up to the maximum
