Another one near home. This was the first blossom branch I saw this year, the 31st of January!!! The SouthEast of Spain is a very hot weather zone, very Mediterranean.

Peach trees blossom, the colour in the fields is pink, warm weather….definitely Spring is here.

Shot in Progreso, Mexico, on the Gu7lf of Mexico. The long pier in the right background is reputedly one of the longest in the world (6.5 kilometers). Previously posted as a black and white conversion.

Castle Auerbach was built 800 years ago as an impregnable fortress. It lasted 500 years until it was destroyed. The pine tree on the wall started growing back then and is now over 300 years old.
