Waterfall Granni, Iceland by fredschalk In the rough, almost treeless, but at the same time beautiful, as good as untouched icelandic nature, waterfall Granni can be admired. Granni drops down next to the waterfall Háifoss, which is actually bigger than Granni and is one of the highest waterfalls in Iceland. ‘Granni’ means ‘neighbour’ because of its close neighbourhood with waterfall Háifoss.
