Stargazing in the archipelagos of northern Norway can be quite an experience. Particularly with our galaxy hanging in the starry night sky accompanied with some bands of northern lights.
The girl in the shot is the talented Norwegian singer and film-music composer Christine Hals. Christine has scored for various movies, and she did some of the lyrics and vocals in the Disney success Frozen.
This image was shot Jan. 2nd 2016, in Senja, Norway. Senja is Norways seconds largest island.
The mountains in the background are the famous “bulls horns” (by some also called devils jaw).
