Het Schulensmeer ligt in het westen van de Belgische provincie Limburg, in de vallei van de Demer op het grondgebied van Herk-de-Stad en Lummen (deelgemeente Linkhout). Het is genoemd naar het kerkdorp Schulen dat aan de weg ligt tussen Hasselt en Diest.

Of course I didn’t get lost, but viewing at such a landscape with no sign of humans and no mobile phone signal for more than 20 km, the word “lost” came to my mind.
