Moke Lake is a small lake located 40 mins away from Queenstown. It is part of Mt Crichton walkway which passes through many private farms kind enough to grant access to reach the place.
Me and my wife attempted to go here last year but failed to do so when a car flip over in the middle of the narrow road.
I arrived to the spot while its still dark and started to trek for 20 mins until i reached the lake. During this time of the year, tussock grasses started to loss some of the green foliage in preparation for the winter season.

The tranquility is very soothing for the senses that i almost forgot to take photo and just want to enjoy the scenery and the sound of wild ducks, swans as a background symphony.
New Zealand still do not fail to amaze me despite being on this spot for the second time.
