The much loved Milky Way rising above Mount Hood. I’d had the concept for this image of our galaxy rising above the northern, lesser known aspect of Mount Hood for several years before finally capturing it three summers ago. The files promptly spent almost three years lingering in a mislabeled folder on my hard drive, completely forgotten about. Glad I found them lurking and breathed some life into it.
