Went for hiking(5.5 miles) to Heather lake last Sunday. It was beautiful day and gorgeous hike. The trail is very rocky and steep which made it slightly difficult. Be careful to not to roll an ankle. Also lots of mud along the trail. There is still some snow at the top. Beautiful forest, gorgeous Heather lake and stellar views of Mount Pilchuck — Simply Amazing.
