I have been trying to explore the surrounding region and pick spots that can be interesting photographic locations. Had heard about this place from a friend and decided to check it out. It is hidden from the common eye but still pretty busy.
It is close to the Whitsunday Islands which is a very hot tourist destination.
I thought I had done my homework by doing the weather check and it would be cloudy to allow for good shooting conditions but that wasn’t the case. I went around in circles to find a good viewpoint and then let the filters do the work. This is a 336 second exposure.
