It’s moments like this that make all the disappointing early rises pale into significance, I had ventured down to the Lakes for a mornings photography from Glasgow, the weather forecast looked ok, it was still dark when I arrived so had no idea how things would pan out, but as the sun crested the horizon and and gave me a few moments of its warm glow, the mist began to slowly burn out and the scene before me presented itself.
