This month marks a milestone for me. I have lived in British Columbia for thirty years. Thirty years is a long time and I have to admit has passed by extremely quickly. Even though I have lived in Canada for thirty five years I have barely scratched the surface when it comes to exploring and photographing this great country. We who live here are very fortunate indeed.
Lac Du Bois lake and the surrounding grasslands is an area that I had never spent much time in so this past week I hung out in the area to see what I could find. In the summer the BC interior is often very hot and dry so it’s not my first go to place for photography. However in the spring the grasslands are quite magnificent and I would imagine fall as well. I will be returning.
