It took a lot of return trips to this location near the town of Duncan in order to get a good sunset, but when it finally happened, it was worth it.
Quamichan Lake is on Vancouver Island on the west coast of British Columbia. Mt Prevost in the distance isn’t comparable to the Rockies or Patagonia, etc, but it’s a quick, local go to spot for when the skies look promising.
