It was the best Mother’s Day, ever! The weather was magnificent! Our return to Bent’s Fort in La Junta, Colorado! And my new series,continuing my previous one! A continuing tribute to the Old West history of the USA. One of the characters in the fort is the man dressed as a worker. The press for buffalo hides is in the left corner. The trapper’s and hunter’s quarters are in the upper left level. The warehouses are in the lower level.
