I headed out to Thor’s Well this evening after a nice afternoon in a pub in Yachets, Oregon. I was warned by a local that it was too windy to stand close to the edge of Thor’s Well and risked losing my equipment, i took note of what he said but still wanted to check out what it had to offer. With sunset approaching I just thought “what the heck” and pulled out the 5Ds and shot about 15 shots before the spray was just too much to deal with on the front of my lens. Its an amazing environment down there…if you do go, try to hit it at high tide together with a sunset. Good luck.
