Stormy Introduction by dswindler by dswindler

This was our introductory view of Mt Cook National Park in New Zealand. Clouds were billowing and surging through the glaciers with the sun fighting to peek through. Although we couldn’t see the tops of the mountains, it was still a pretty sweet view. We later hiked up the Mueller Ridge and it was snowing and blowing hard. It calmed down later that night, the sky cleared up, and I even got some shots of the southern Milky Way.
