Vancouver Island has a number of neat Karst formations, mostly in the form of caves and canyons. This image is from my recent exploration of one of the canyons that I have been meaning to explore for some time. This particular canyon is about 60 or so meters deep and goes on for about a kilometer or so. Lots of green moss, ferns and fallen trees within the gorge.
