Haney has lived in the neighborhood south of Mayfair shopping center only four years. The tree has lived there much longer, and is trespassing on his neighbor’s yard, and needs to be cut. He hates to do it, and asks if there isn’t some sort of register for historic trees which would save his tree from the saw blade.
