Restaurant in Shanghai, China designed by Tsutsumi & Associates

This 102 square meter indoor project, located in Shanghai, China, was designed in 2017 by Yoshimasa Tsutsumi and Shi Weiwei, both partners of the architectural firm Tsutsumi & Associates. The Japanese restaurant’s cuisine is mainly based on rice. Using the sufficient height of the space, the entrance was established as a high point, and the rest of the space as a low point.
