In the boiler room of the former Sixth Street School and Kane County Regional Office of Education. As the wind blew, this damper would open and close slightly. This building was demolished during September 2015.

I took this photo of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) at the H120 – Data Center of the KAIA Development project in Jeddah. As I take these photos, other nationalities were already posing for shots but these two were both oblivious as they are concentrated in their work in fabricating ducts.
Out of 56 entries, these photo was one of the 20 selected to adorn the Philippine Consulate General walls in Jeddah for the commemoration of the Linggo ng Wika, August 22, 2014.
I liked the moment that the person looked at me. This is the moment that this person makes us aware of his struggles and dreams in a foreign land.

Over the 48 hours we had on the island, we had around 5 minutes of quality light in the sky, and this is the best I managed in a brief & frantic scramble.
The composition isn’t great here, and the pose isn’t quite ideal, but it’s unusual and that has to count for something.
