Almôndega de patinho moído e bacon
Ingredientes
• 500 g de patinho moído
• 150 g de bacon moído
• 100 g de cebola picada
• 1 ovo
• 30 g de alho picado
• 100 g de farinha de rosca
• 5 g de sal (uma colher de chá)
• 4 g de grãos de pimenta-do-reino
Modo de preparo
Misture todos os ingredientes e faça bolinhas de aproximadamente 30 g. Em seguida, cozinhe as almôndegas no molho de tomate por 20 minutos.
