My last day in Scotland and finally great weather for landscape photography. Blue skies with dramatic clouds. The whole week the weather had been great for a good holiday but not for photography. Really unusual weather for Scotland. So I was glad it finally turned around a little bit. I enjoyed my time at the Quiraing and had great fun shooting pictures. I hope you like the result too.

Holy Divinity

Ended up in a church grounds yesterday evening & this is one of many things that happened. The gods of light must have felt sorry for me, as two days prior I drove 200klms & bombed out & didn’t capture a single frame.

Christmas holiday #roadtrip last year from #melbourn to #adelaid .A windy and dramatic weather on Boxing Day at #lochardgorge 3.5 km away from #12apostles visitor centre with similar geographic formation. Showers and gust come at the right time while I just set up my gears. I have to wipe my lens all the time as the rain drops everywhere. Eventually shower stopped which allows me to finish this long exposure shot.
