Yesterday I woke up with only one thing in my mind, Joshua Tree National Park.

The next thing I know I was there with my camera and a bottle of diet coke…

I was back in LA in the morning. I love these random quick trips to nature.

Lately the weather has been freakin’ awesome here in Queenstown with clear skies every night for the past week! I decided to get up at 5am to catch the Milky Way arcing low in the sky & shoot a few nice panoramas, I think this was the winner! Also, to my surprise, I caught the Zodiacal Light in there too! As well as about 5 meteors! I even saw one right infront of my while I was posing for the middle frame =D
