Pink Hues of the North, Iceland by PatrickMarsonOng by PatrickMarsonOng

Drum roll please…. Presenting the waterfall that needs no introduction!

You know the name for sure. No? It’s one of the famous waterfalls North of Iceland. Goðafoss, aka Waterfall of the Gods. For those who had been to this exact vantage point knows how hard it is to get a clean image. Water spray coming from the falls ruins everything.

So how did I do it? Easy. Snapped my 3 slot holder into place, got the settings right before I slid down the cliff, grabbed an extra GND and placed it on the outermost slot of the holder as a cover. Pulled it out just before I click the shutter.

A combination of pink and auburn colors on a cold winter morning. Left the photographer on the far right corner of the frame to show scale of the place. Enjoy! Feel free to share!

REFLECTIONS by oscarsanchezphoto by oscarsanchezphoto

The most miserly of men makes an exception to be made to help someone in words. But the truth is that there are always people in this world who are willing to do no harm, on the contrary, they like it. It is what happened myself these days, which unfortunately did not? that there are always people who for their own good, be able to harm, simply empty people.
This picture, brought me a reflection on this also has its little story. Sea shell had at home keeps for a photo like this, but once done, and with considerable difficulty, it must be said, the sea brought her back home. I stared helplessly and thought …. Everything returns to its origins !! So I will wait patiently for the waters back on track and tranquility, back to my soul.

Me quedé mirando impotente y pensé….
