This is a re-edit of an older image, having changed my approach to both shooting and editing my images I had to revisit this.

Shot this on the last day on a 4 day trip to Lofoten, this lake being protected by the mountains around was perfectly still while everywhere else it was windy.
Not only does Lofoten provide a vast variety of landscapes, but also weather, if you have never been there I would highly recommend a visit, it´s just that beautiful and dramatic from end to end.

The old version will stay a few days in my gallery for comparison.

Beautiful sunset at Lake Sylvenstein which is embedded in the Karwendel Alps in Germany at an altitude of 750 m. That evening was so silent you could here the flapping of the birds!
