On a recent trip to Sydney, I ventured out to Coogee Beach to catch the sunrise. When I was photographing the ocean baths (pool), some guys came out for a swim and started jumping and doing flips into the pool. I had to quickly change my cameras setting from long exposures, to high ISO and fast shutter speed to capture the action.
