Ehemalige Fleischerlauben, heute Haus der Künste, Kleiner Ring 21
14. Jh.; 1789
Ursprünglich befanden sich hier die 1370 erstmals urkundlich erwähnten Fleischerlauben, später gehörte der Bau den Tuchmachern, und um das 18. Jh. wurde es auch als Getreidelager verwendet.
1765 diente es für kurze Zeit auch als Theatersaal.
Die Hauptfassade ist durch die gleichmäßige Verteilung der 8 halbrunden Arkaden des Erdgeschosses geprägt, die sich auf massiven, nach unten breiter zugeschnittenen Ziegelsäulen stützen, denen 8 Fenster (6 Augen) im Obergeschoss entsprechen. Auf der Fassade ist ein Reliefwappen der Stadt aus 1789, dem Jahr einer Restaurierung, angebracht. Das Wappen in einem kreisförmigen Medaillon, die linear angelegten Fensterrahmen und die profilierten Simse sind die einzigen Dekorationselemente.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 11 kleine halbzylindrisch gewölbte Räume, die ursprünglich als Geschäftsräume dienten und über die Loggia zugänglich waren. Das Obergeschoss besteht lediglich aus einem großen Raum.
