On my last visit to Carmanah Provincial Park, for the most part the light was not on my side. Bright blue skies and blazing sun are not generally ideal conditions for forest scenes. However one late afternoon the light was a bit more subdued as a few clouds moved, softening the light up nicely. The light didn’t last very long so I ran around trying to find the best compositions I could find.
