With our freakishly dry and warm winter, we haven’t seen many eagles in the area or had much snowfall this year. I was delighted to see this baldy casually enjoying a rare snow day yesterday in the Uinta Mountains. On my way home I saw a golden eagle soaring over a rock cliff. Perhaps things are looking up! Summit County, Utah. February 21, 2015
